The Gym

Since we believe in the importance of school sports activities, the administration of AlSaadah College Schools decided to follow modern methods of developing sports in the school by equipping the gym halls for sports activities designed for maintaining physical fitness. It was equipped with gym equipment for jogging and various uses and weight lifting equipment. The gym is also equipped for martial arts training, under supervision The PE teacher or the supervisor of this hall; it should be noted that the floor of the hall is covered with a protective layer to protect students in case they fall to the ground. The hall is also used for training students to participate in all internal and external tournaments, such as badminton, table tennis, volleyball, football, basketball, and chess.
